My PVC septic tank has no separation. Is it true? This is a septic tank should be emptied?

I think you may have a cess pit and not a septic tank which digests the wastes and discharges clean water to a distributing system of land drains.

The link Donald gave (http://www.inspectapedia.com/septbook.htm ) gives a good indication of how a single chamber septic tank works. Note that the inlet and outlet must have tees on them as shown on that web page to prevent solids and floating matter from exiting the tank. If your tank isn’t partitioned (see illustrations 1/4 of the way down the web page at http://irlagoon.com/Septic%20Systems.htm), you can achieve a similar effect by putting two septic tanks in series.

Other than the inlet / outlet structures described above, the only difference between a cess pit and a septic tank is its connection to a tile field. (Big difference!) You should be able to find out how your system is constructed by either asking at your local building department or health department, or by poking around and looking for the outlet from the tank and the tile field location. Hope this helps.
